1: What resolutions are your movies?

Our Movies come in 2 sizes, 1280x720 which is High definition video, or HD. It is digital video filmed, captured and displayed at a high resolution. Our HD movies will fill up your monitor no matter how big it is, our HD movies have 4 times more pixel resolution than normal TV & DVD and over 8 times more resolution than standard Internet video. Our HD movies are shown in a widescreen, 16:9 aspect ratio, which is exactly like any top movie you would see on a widescreen tv. The colors are bright, the image is so sharp and detailed it takes adult movies to a new level.

The other size our movies come in is standard widescreen quality which is 854x480, it is the best quality standard resolution you will see and the reason we offer 2 sizes of movies is because some people have faster internet connections than others.

2. What formats do your movies come in?

All of our movies are in WMV format as this is the most used and supported format around.

3. Can I download your movies and pictures?

Yes, all movies and pictures are downloadable so you can download and watch whenever you want and you can also just watch them online, ie stream them if that is what you prefer.

4. What resolutions do your pictures come in?

Our pictures come in 2 sizes: High resolution: 1200x797 or 797x1200 depending on if its a portrait or a landscape picture. Low resolution: which is 531x799 or 799x531 depending on if its a portrait or a landscape picture

5. I want to join your website but I am not sure how it works.

When you join our website you will have access to everything that is on our website plus you get access to all movies and pictures inside the HardGlam network, payments are rebilling except the 6 month price so if you want to cancel your subscription you need to go to www.CCBill.com if you joined with CCBill or www.BillingSupport.com if you joined with epoch.

6. How often do you update the website?

We update each website every week and the HardGlam website gets updated every day.

7. Is your content 100% exclusive and not available on other websites?

Yes, all of our movies and pictures are done by us and our websites are the only place you can see them

8. If I have any problems who do I contact?

My name is James Farey and I own all of the websites aswell as maintain them, so if you have any problems please send me an email via the top of the page so I can correct your problem asap.

9. What will appear on my credit card statement?

If you join using ccbill you will have just ccbill appear on your statement

If you join using epoch you will have just epoch appear on your statement

10. How do I cancel my membership so I do not get billed next month?

Once you join you can go to the ccbill customer services or epoch customer services links at the bottom of our website, once you have cancelled your membership you will have access to the members area for 1 month from your join date.

11. Why do I have to give my address when I join?

You have to give your address when you join for the payment provider to authorise your card. Nothing is ever sent to your address

12. Will I receive emails from you when I join?

No, we respect out customers privacy and the only thing you will receive is the receipt from the payment provider once you join, we do not spam as we like to create a close relationship with our members and give them what they want.

13. Do you have Download limits on your websites?

No we do not have any download limits so you can download as much as you want whenever you want

14. I do not have a credit card, is there another way I can get membership to your website?

That is no problem at all. We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, cheque, money order or cash
